Ingredients
- 2 teabags
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups boiling milk
- Sugar, to taste
Procedure
- Heat 2 cups of water to boiling.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk just to boiling, and remove from heat.
- Place tea bags into 2 separate cups.
- Pour the water into cups, filling ⅓ of cup.
- Let the tea steep (soak) for 5 minutes, then remove bag.
- Fill the rest of the cup with the hot milk.
- Add sugar to taste.
Serves 2.
