Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 slices cooked ham
- 2 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Procedure
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Place one slice each of ham and cheese on a slice of bread and place the other slice of bread on top.
- Toast the sandwich in the pan on both sides until the cheese melts.
- Serve.
