INGREDIENTS
25 dag spaghetti
20 dag prosciutto, cut in small pieces
4 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon cheese Parmesan, shredded
PROCEDURE
Cook spaghetti in hot, salted water for 10-15 minutes. Drain. Add spaghetti to sauce.
Sauce: Sauté prosciutto in oil. Beat eggs and cream and add to prosciutto, stirring frequently. Sprinkle spaghetti and sauce with Parmesan and chopped parsley.
