INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked beans
1 liter water
ham bone with some meat
few ribs celery and leaves
1 bay leaf
1 chopped onion
1 medium cubed potato
salt and pepper to taste
some parsley
PROCEDURE
Cook meat and bone in water, add beans, celery, bay leaf and onion and simmer. Add potatoes and cook until it is cooked. Season to taste. Top with parsley.
