Ingredients:
- 2 bagels (home if possible, I promise I'll put the recipe)
- 1 small pad of beef (100g approx)
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 handfuls of arugula
- 2 tablespoons cheese 0%
- 5 cherry tomatoes
Method:
- Cook the beef pad high heat on all sides for 5 minutes: the heart must remain pink.
- Allow to cool.
- Meanwhile, remove fat from ham if any, wash and dry salad cherry tomatoes and cut into small slices.
