
- 650g courgettes
- 100 grams of cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 3 tbsp starch
- 4 tbsp crushed oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- bread croutons
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Zucchini grate, add salt and let stand 45 minutes of weight, then squeeze.
- Mix the grated cheese, zucchini, garlic, onion and pepper. Add starch mixed with oatmeal and mix.
- Whisk the egg and mix in the weight. Wet hands, form balls, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil.
