
Ingredients:
- 12 ounce jar Giardiniera
- 1 cup pitted black olives, chopped
- 2 cups pimento stuffed green olives, chopped
- 12 ounce jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 5 large cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp capers, chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tsp crushed red
- 1 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
