Ingredients
- 1.5kg of corn and 2kg of groundnut (peanuts)
- 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper
Preparation
- Fry the corn and groundnut separately
- Join it together and ground it.
- Ground pepper and add in to it with salt. Pound or press it with your hands to mix it.
- Be removing it in small quantities and wrap it with your hand and put it in a dish.
- When you put like ten, carry the dish in your two hands and be shaking it round so that it should be shinning.

- It is not spicy
- It is good for health because the groundnut contains a lot of proteins
