
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 cup Panko
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
Sauce
- ⅔ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Meatballs:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Meatballs are done when no longer pink inside.
Sauce:
- Stir together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over warm meatballs and gently stir until covered.
