
Cream puffs Ingredients:
- 250ml water,
- 90g butter,
- 1 teaspoon salt,
- cup of flour,
- 3 eggs.
Prepare puff:
- A saucepan add water and toss the diced butter.
- Put on the heat and bring to a very light boil.
- Turn off the heat and add flour, whole wooden spoon stir until the mixture is uniform.
- Set aside to cool. Insert the eggs one at each time mixing.
- Shape into small balls on baking paper. bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the puff).
Filling Ingredients:
- 150g smoked salmon,
- fresh dill 1 bunch,
- 300g ricotta,
- salt,
- pepper,
- 3 tablespoons of cream.
Prepare the filling:
- chop the salmon into smaller pieces.
- Chop the dill. Throw cheese into a bowl, take cream, dill and salmon.
- All mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Prepare puff:
- Once cooled cut it in half cream puffs. Put the filling inside.
