
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash browns (16 ounces)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 8 ounces cooked ham (cubed or chopped)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10 1/2 ounces)
- 1 package sour cream (8 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tablespoons margarine (melted)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl-place mixture into a 9 x 13 casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Serve Hot-serves 6-8
