
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas (sliced into 6 equal parts)
- 1/2 bag (6 oz) chocolate chips
- 1/4 to 1/2 can whipped cream or 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream + 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 bing cherries
- 1/2 cup sprinkles of your choice
- Melt chocolate chips according to instructions (ususally best to melt on low heat so that it doesn’t burn). Dip bananas into melted chocolate halfway up and then dip in sprinkles.
- Let dry on parchment or wax paper.
- Before serving top with whipped cream and a cherry. To make the homemade whipped cream beat heavy cream and sugar into stiff peaks!
